Terms and conditions of use

1. General:

With every order you accept our terms of business you can read below.

2. Terms of use:

Our goods are delivered for private use only within Germany and world wide. We are not responsible if there possibly may be any violation of existing copyrights in any country.

3. Offer:

We are not responsible for any item being out of stock. You will not be charged for an item that is out of stock. All prices are subject to change. We are not responsible for any typographical errors. We are not responsible for errors in the descriptions of items. Release dates are subject to change. Please accept that there might be any small variations regarding shape, color, content.

4. Prices & Shipping - Packing:

All prices stated in EUR (Euros) and are subject to price changes or error. The prices do not contain costs for shipping and packing. These costs are listed separately. All prices are subject to error and change. Within Germany and Europe we only accept Euro. Out of Europe we accept both Euro and US-Dollar. We also accept transaction via PayPal.

5. Delivery:

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any package shipped to a customer - this is the responsibility of the respective carrier.

6. Payment:

With Until payment in full (including shipping costs and all other costs), we fully retain to the goods. We only accept advance payment. After the order has arrived, the customer will be sent an invoice. Goods will be sent to the customer after cash on delivery.

7. Return:

We accept return of goods ordered within 14 days without statement of any reasons. Period starts upon receipt of delivery. Up to a value of € 40.00, the customer has to pay postage for the return shipment. From a value of more than € 40.00, we will refund the costs for the return shipment, but only in Europe. We will of course only accept returned goods which are both intact and in the original packaging. We will not accept any unauthorized returns or exchanges. This right will under no circumstances cover any orders for non-private purposes.

8. Complaints:

You have to inform us about complaints within 8 days after receipt of goods. In case of justified complaints (defects in material, wrong articles delivered etc.) we will of course take over the costs for return shipment if goods were returned via cheapest way possible. By no means send goods back without authorisation and with postage unpaid. Goods, that are damages in any way (damaged, labeled, marked) are excluded from return in general.

9. Copyright:

It is forbidden to copy our sound and media stroage mediums to other mediums for non-private use. Violations will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

10. Privacy:

It is our policy to keep your Name, Address, Phone, Email, and information on file. We will not rent or sell your information to a third party without your permission.

11. Legal domicile:

For every transaction with our customers the right of the Federal German Republic counts, for the transaction to the rest of Europe the European right counts.

12. Amendment:

If some one or some of these terms become ineffective, then the others still remain active.
